YGP Events’ Clearing & Protection Pricing*
Please read the list as follows:
To clear one person for one day, the price is US$ 65.00
To clear one person for two days, the price is US$ 72.50
To clear one person for three days, the price is US$ 82.50 Etc.
For combinations of number of days / the event’s duration and the number of people present at the event (including organizers), please see the explanation at the bottom.
Protection is for the minimum of 1 full day (= 24 hours).

How to calculate and understand prices for your event:
Example 1): When an event runs for 3 days, and 10 people in total are attending (including the organizers), the price calculation is as follows: 3 (days) X 10 (people) = 30 (“people-days” = 30 days. Have a look at the list where it says 30 days. Price = à US$ 199.00
Example 2): When an event runs for 6 days, and 15 people in total are attending (including the organizers), the price calculation is as follows: 6 (days) X 15 (people) = 90 (people-) days = 90 days. Have a look at the list where it says 90 days. Price = à US$ 325.00
Example 3): When an event runs for 7 days, and 150 people in total are attending (including the organizers), the price calculation is as follows: 7 (days) X 150 (people) = 1,050 (people-) days = 1,050 days. Have a look at the list where it says 1,050 days.

When there is no price listed for the number of (people-)days calculated by you, please ask us for a customized quotation. We will be looking forward working with you.
