The True Root-Cause of Illness

¨As long as there is darkness with you, you cannot heal completely! ¨

Many of you have asked this important question:

“What is the true root-cause of all illnesses?”

You've likely received a wide variety of answers—everything from infections,

genetics, stress, lifestyle, trauma, environmental toxins, to mental health.

And while these may contribute to illness, they are not the root cause.

They are secondary effects.

Why is this truth so often missed?

To truly understand, one must adopt a new perspective—one that may be

unfamiliar, even hard to believe at first. It requires us to look beyond what

traditional medicine and mainstream science offer.

Generally seen, when you ask the question; “What is the root-cause of illness?”, via the WWW or the medical industry, you get an entire overview which could include things like Infections agents, Lifestyle factors, Environmental exposure, Genetics, Mental issues, Stress and so on.

All though these are the reasons most frequently stated as main causes of illness, these are all secondary to the real root-cause.

This root-cause is so intrenched into daily life that it will take time for most to truly grab the magnitude of it on our daily life.

So where does illness come from, and how far back in time should we go to discover what “has been done to us” and is being done to us on purpose, to change our, from origin, healthy bodies into bodies with illnesses.

Let’s go back to the beginning—to Consciousness, Source, or God.

Eons ago, consciousness decided to expand itself. What it did is, it created light as well as darkness. These were created to be part of a system of two opposing forces to confront each other and promote growth.

· Light represents: unconditional love, unity, peace, abundance, health, hope, bliss, including all other high-vibrational emotions.

· Darkness represents: fear, war, hate, shame, illness, corruption, depression, self-doubt,

jealousy, negative entities, demons, Strongest Negative Forces (SNF) and Higher darkness,

and all low-vibrational energies. All the dark things happening in the Universe, on Earth,

and with its human population that have a soul.

We humans are pure souls and are 100 % pure light. As such, we should not be affected

by these low-vibrational emotions. However, darkness is drawn to light, and thus, it is

drawn to us. And what does the darkness do when it comes to us and attaches itself to us?

How Darkness Enters Our Lives

Darkness expresses itself in many forms: negative entities, demons, energetic parasites, and higher dark forces. These forces influence us by:

· One of the first things it starts activating is our so-called EGO through our parents, grandparents, teachers and society.

As babies, 2-, 3-, 4-, 5-year-olds and older kids, we are fed thoughts and ideas down from our parents, and from their parents before them. Some even say we’ve been “programmed” with these beliefs.

Once “our” ego has developed, the “specialists” (i.e. psychiatrists) tell us we’ve formed a "character"—and that this is who we are. But in truth, it’s not. It’s merely an outer mask we’ve learned to wear, shaped by our emotional responses to the external world—other people—not by our true inner self, our soul.

When we take a closer look at egos, we see that almost every emotion is involved—except the one that truly matters: true love, the emotion our soul naturally represents. True love does shine through at times, but far too rarely when compared to the many emotions created by darkness. These are often called “man‑made” emotions, but they are not—they originate from darkness itself.

Our emotions surface all throughout the day, often shaping how we experience life. Let’s look at an example from different perspectives to see how these emotional responses influence our daily lives.

Let’s say you go to work and are faced with the following situation:

After giving a presentation, someone tells you, “You gave a great presentation!” You feel good—maybe even proud of yourself.

The same happens when you win a sports match, receive the highest grade in your class, or win a game with friends. Your parents or grandparents might say, “We’re so proud of you!”—which often reflects more about their own feelings than about you. Still, their words may make you feel proud too.

Even something as small as winning a board game might spark joy— “Yay, I finally won!”—and give a temporary boost to low self-esteem.

On the other hand, what happens when the tables are turned?

Negative emotions often arise. You might feel anger, self-doubt, or disappointment when,

instead of praise, you're told: “That was a poor presentation.” Or when you lose the match,

get a low grade, or are teased after losing a simple game with friends.

And even before these moments take place—while you're preparing—you may already be

caught in fear or insecurity. You might feel nervous about giving the presentation, worried

about how others will judge you: Will they understand me? Will they mock me?

The same goes for fearing the outcome of a game or exam before it even starts. Just the thought of possibly losing or failing can trigger anxiety, stomach tension, headaches, or even shame—especially if you’ve struggled with the topic or task in the past.

All of this happens before anything has even ever occurred!

These are mind-driven reactions that many people experience, but they are not who we truly are. These emotions stem from the ego—and, at its core, from darkness.

This example could be expanded endlessly, as the range of emotional responses is vast and ever-present in daily life.

What’s truly amazing is that we, as souls in human bodies, do not have an ego.

We simply experience life through the identity we’ve been given—the name we go by, the person others see walking on Mother Earth (you can insert your own name here). From birth until now, we’ve absorbed behaviors, beliefs, and emotional responses. We often say, “Look at who I’ve become,” without realizing that much of this identity is trained thinking, conditioned reactions, and learned behavior.

But this is not who we are on a soul level. At our core, we are pure light and pure love.

All the things we think and believe define us, represented by our so-called ego. In truth, it comes from a much darker place: the influence of negative energies, or darkness.

And here’s the key:

This darkness is real, but it is not truly ours!

Try to take that in. We humans are not darkness—we are manipulated by darkness!

This means we are actively influenced—even invaded—by external dark energies,

entities, demons, and other forms of negative energies.

But again, this darkness is not who we are. It is external to us.

We are light and we are love.

And when this truth finally sinks in, it becomes clear:

Anything that is not love, unity, peace, abundance, and other high-frequency emotions does not come from us—and does not belong to us.

Most of us follow and believe the “specialists” we spoke about earlier, which also includes our parents and grandparents. We believe them as they are our first point of reference in our lives, so they should “know what is best for us”, right?

They of course do their best and out of love for us. Never the less they also have been trained to think in a certain way thru information and education they received. Next to that, they also work through their ego. Much of this has been guided by darkness. Also, in them.

When we look at the food we eat, the thinking patterns we adapted and use on a daily basis, the ego-responses we practice without being conscious about them, are all being guided and influenced by darkness.

How does darkness live?

Darkness—including demons, negative entities, and higher dark energies—has one primary goal: to influence you so that you feel and experience negative emotions.
You may wonder, “Why would they want that?”

The reason is simple, even if it sounds unbelievable at first:

Darkness feeds on low‑vibrational emotions and energies.
Your fear, anger, shame, doubt, sadness, and despair act as their fuel—

without these energies, they cannot survive.

Let that sink in for a moment.

And remember: this entire dynamic was created by Consciousness itself.
So, in truth, darkness is not even “to blame” for doing what it does best

influencing us as heavily as it does.

Illness becoming a source of energy.

When we begin to understand this, we see what really happens when we “fall ill.”

Falling ill triggers a wave of low-vibrational emotions: fear, doubt, anger (“Why is this happening to me?”), depression, and financial stress—especially when healing costs become overwhelming, potentially leading to bankruptcy and feelings of desperation.

In these moments, we are held on a leash by darkness, trapped in a cycle of heavy emotions that only feed the very energies (read darkness) that caused the illness in the first place.

And that is exactly what darkness wants.

The same thing happens when a loved one, friend, or family member becomes ill. We begin producing those same low-frequency emotions: worry, helplessness, grief, and fear—feeding the cycle again.

But darkness doesn’t just manipulate us through our ego—it also actively drains our life-force energy by simply being present with us. Low-vibrational emotions are food for dark energies.

They consume the very energy we need to heal.

It is in darkness’s interest to keep us stuck in illness, despair, and emotional pain leading to this low vibrational state.

One of the lowest vibrational states is desperation.
When someone is diagnosed with cancer or another life-threatening illness, they often fall into states of desperation, depression and fear—all of which empower darkness and further weaken the person.

But here’s the breakthrough:

When you free yourself from darkness, it can no longer drain your energy.
And when your energy is no longer being stolen, it can be used for what it’s meant for—healing.

Freeing yourself from darkness (which is the true root-cause of illness) allows your body, mind, and spirit to begin the natural process of recovery. It also helps restore a positive mental state, giving you strength to seek and recognize the right healing path for you. As a result, you will be/become healthy again!

And what about mental disorders or so-called psychological problems?

These, too, stem from the same source: darkness attacking the mind.

Dark entities and energies can influence your thoughts, flood you with self-doubt, fear, anger, and even insert voices and thoughts that are not your own.

If you hear voices, feel constant fear, or wrestle with emotional chaos, know this: those thoughts are not truly yours.

They are planted by the dark—meant to keep you trapped, afraid, and disconnected from your soul’s light.

This is a completely underexposed truth—one that affects us all.

Please try to absorb this knowledge gently, without feeling overwhelmed (as overwhelm is another low-vibrational emotion that darkness will feed on). Instead, see this awareness as a gift—an opportunity to reclaim your energy, your health, and your soul’s power.

Let this be a moment of hope.

Stay positive and look at this new information as an opportunity to change your life and the life of loved-ones by using this new knowledge you gained. Turn it into hope with positive outlooks. The outlooks you have been requesting and visualizing for so long.

How can this be done, you might ask?
